SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description: This messaging program sends service updates, enrollment confirmations, appointment reminders, credit consulting progress updates, and promotional communications to clients who have submitted a form on jewelsadvisory.com and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us after that. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service usage. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your plan.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications. SMS consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

1. Services Offered
Dropping Jewels Co. offers digital educational products. Jewels Advisory Group LLC offers credit consulting services including document preparation, bureau correspondence, and consumer advocacy. We provide credit consulting services only and do not provide legal advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel for any legal matters.

2. Credit Consulting Service — Terms

Service Fee: $250 one-time flat fee for a 6-month engagement

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific credit score increase or removal of any item from your credit report. Individual results vary.

Client Obligations: You agree to complete portal submission promptly with accurate information. Delays will delay service start.

Service Scope: Bureau dispute correspondence, CFPB complaint filings where applicable, and monthly progress updates

No Legal Representation: Our services do not constitute legal representation

3. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosure
As required by CROA (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.):

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself at no charge

We cannot guarantee removal of any information from your credit report

We cannot make false claims about our services

You have the right to cancel within three (3) business days of signing without penalty or obligation

4. Refund Policy

3-Day Right of Rescission: Cancel within 3 business days for a full refund

After 3 Days: The $250 fee is non-refundable once portal onboarding is completed and work has commenced

Incomplete Onboarding: Engagements not completed within 30 days will be considered abandoned. No refund will be issued.

5. The 800 Movement — Membership Terms

Monthly membership at $47/month hosted on Skool

Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period

No refunds for partial months

Members violating community guidelines may be removed

6. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically. All sales are final. Personal use only — reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission is prohibited.

7. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content, or use the website to violate another person’s rights. The website is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, graphics, logos, and design belongs to Dropping Jewels Co. / Jewels Advisory Group LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written authorization.

9. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with GoHighLevel (CRM), Stripe (payments), Skool (community), and MyFreeScoreNow (credit monitoring). We are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewels Advisory Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Newport News, Virginia.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date means the revised Terms apply.
